Hi Mich,
what I found problematic in this study is how highly specialized the technology is. Such a mapping software might be fun, but can you really use it for more than one or two projects?
I'd loved to have read other uses they put their software and hardware to!

Hi Judith,
The activity they illustrate is only one use of mediaboard. The real advantage is for the students to be able to text their photos (with text)to a central site and then have all the other students comment on them and discuss. They love it!
